I love making these oats when I know I’m going to be short on time in the mornings, but still want a hearty breakfast. This is honestly one of the best healthy breakfasts for lazy girls like me, who like to sleep in for as long as they can in the morning. This recipe makes about 2 servings.

Ughh I feel so bad for neglecting this blog for so long! Instead of making excuses I would just like to push forward and tell you what is going with my life at the moment.

P E R S O N A L | December 2013 Update

Let me first start off by apologizing for not posting anything for such a long time!

My life just got really hectic and I will explain momentarily, but it basically comes down to this:

• I got a new job
• I had loads of school work and my finals kind of snuck up on me
• One of my best friends moved
• However, I did manage to make some new friends (which is a big deal for me)
• The holidays came around
